The construction objective of the project including: one Prime Minister’s official Residence; One office building, one fitness and entertainment center, 4 staff housing; one security guard office building; one facility room; perimeter wall and gate (Janitor Room), corridor; helipad, swimming pool and Tennis court are also constructed on the venue. The project covers a floorage of 5,330.27 sqm, of which aboveground area accounts for 5,217.66 sqm and underground area accounts for 202.61 sqm.
The new state house project is merely another symbol of friendship and cooperation between China and Lesotho. It will better serve the head of Lesotho government in long run and enable improving their working and living conditions tremendously. Now it turns out to be a remarkable landscape in the capital city of Maseru.
